Hello I've got a few problems with a few customer care agents that set up direct debit themselves with my bank card details as they had me set it up beforehand but after it was discontinued they just went ahead and set it back up without my permission and debited my bank 65 dollars upon contacting customer care about this the man was so thankful because I did not go mad about it at first I was quiet the opposite understandably of it being a stupid error and thought it would be my fault if he lost his job id felt shocking for him but I've had a few issues recently with them quiet a few of extra charges that they seem to add on as they speak to u
