we have had our grandson for over 2 years. His father is in jail. His mother wants to take him to Qld. There was a federal court order to say he wasnt able to be taken out of NSW Does that change now his father is in jail

But...Can you write the court orders here? Change names and addresses but give us the ball park. Mate if the child has lived with you for 2 years the only way that can change is with a court order OR if you agree and i reckon if you agree you need to read the next two points:
1. Dont do it.
2. Dont do it.

Yup wrote it twice. But is it you who wants to take the kid outa NSW? if so? why? for how long?

U have been raising the kid for 2 yrs. U are the boss. If u have concerns about the mum taking 5he kid u can refuse and quote the Court orders
