just a question for those who might have some insight into the system at present. Parent A served contravention application to parent B. Current orders 5 years old. 3 kids (now 9,12,15). Children live with B. Fortnightly weekends and half holidays to A.

Contravention in regard to eldest who does not wish to spend time with A. Very limited contact between child and A.!Child supported in decision by psychologist despite both parents voicing they would both prefer child to attend A. Child last attended A approx 18months ago.

Other contraventions listed include missed phone communications, eldest child not engaging with parent A via social media/text or voice calls, weekend swaps not providing enough notice.

Younger children have continued to attend both houses as ordered and communicate via messaging and social media sites.

No mediation has taken place between parents. How do we support the children through this and what sort of timeline could be expected?

Appreciate any advice.
