My wife is Chinese and is going for citizenship, an email arrived today asking for a registry issued notarial certificate from country of birth. Is this a notarised birth certificate

if you want notaraised certificate, you may bring the birth certificate to legal practitioner who can notarise documents confirming authentication of the birth certificate. In China, I believe Notarial Birth Certificate can be obtained from one of China's Notarial Offices. James terry yun
