I understand in family law that parents have no rights and that it is the rights of of the children that is protected (hope that is correct). When a child or children are withheld by one parent from having meaningful contact with the other parent, who protects them? Who do I call or complain to as no one seems to care? ie police, child services, school, they all say no court orders nothing we can do. Who protects the rights of the children legally in QLD?

Agree. Parenting orders made by the Family Court or Federal Circuit Court of Australia protect children's rights. No parenting orders, no protection.
