So if his past tax returns have been around $180 000 and now he is claiming $50 000. For example. He will need to satisfy CSA that the change in income is genuine. That IMO is gonna need some pretty substantial evidence to support.

I hope so x I hope he doesn’t get away with not supporting his child, he has another and he made a deal with the mum - no child support and he will only see the child when she says, so he sees him about 8 times a year m! He doesn’t are about anything other than money - he’s a piece of work!
