Hi, I recently married an Indian man, he lives in India and I live in Australia,, he does not have a visa for Australia. Is he under legal obligation to fill out centrelink forms? I receive a disability support payment and centrelink sent me a MOD P form to be filled out by hubby but he does not live here. I have contacted centrelink by mail but have not heard back from them. Can anyone help me out?

He has no obligation as such to fill out the form.
That said, it is likely that Centrelink will not (continue to) pay you until he does.
They can stop paying you if they can't work out how much they should be paying you.
