Firstly, we live in NSW. We bought the Caravan from the Melbourne Caravan Show and The New Age Dealership in Melbourne. Handover took place 2 weeks ago. We drove it the 660 ks home. It rained two days later and water leaked from the speakers and lights in the van.

We contacted company through the manufacturer who collected the van from us 2 days later, 17th of April. This meant that sufficient water had been admitted to the van to cause 3 days of leakage.

My question is, are we able to get a refund or replacement van for this incident?

Are we entitled to get written information about the reparation process of fixing the van?

And what is the ongoing effect on warranty that may be caused by the ingress of water and the company's denial of what the problem actually is and if it was there after market instal or the factories?
