Hi!

My father was recently accused of shoplifting at a supermarket. He had forgotton a few cans of tuna in a separate bag, and was about to pay for them but some undercovers forced him to follow them. The undercovers didn't let him pay, instead they threatened and intimidated my dad by doing physical movements of handcuffing. My father cannot speak english, and the undercovers prevented him from speaking, restricted his freedom and forced him without his consent to sign anonymous documents (that he couldn't read) and take a picture. They also didn't keep confidentiality & privacy as they openly dealt with the issue in a staff room with many employees present.

We've already called customer service, but their barely even attending the issue. What would be the right course of action?
