Hi,

I have a friend who has been accused of hacking into an iCloud account (she was given the password). Can you tell me what repercussions may follow?

Hi,

Technically speaking if your friend was given the password and can prove it no offence has taken place. Basically to be charged with hacking they would need to prove the individual by-passed a restriction such as a password.
