Hey,

I have completed my Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from India in 2012. In 2013, i started my Master by research in University of Technology Sydney, Australia and finished my research in 2017. In between, My work experience is :
India (Overseas experience Mechanical Engineer)= 2009 to 2012 (Casual -Paid- relevant to nomination occupation).
Australia (Academic Research) = Feb 2013 to Nov 2013.(Paid)
Australia (Research Assistant: Mechanical Engineer) = March 2013 to Dec 2015 (Under my supervisor- Relevant)
Australia (Mechanical Engineer- Internship- Unpaid) = 2015 to 2016. (Relevant experience).
Australia (Mechanical Engineer - Full Time- Paid) = Feb 2017 - Current (Relevant Experience).

My current Employer has already nominated me for Direct Entry (ENS 186).
I have assessed my Bachelors degree from Engineer Australia without experience.

My questions are :
1. Do i have to asses my Australian Master by Research degree and Australian work Experience?
2. As my overseas work experience is in-between my bachelors degree, would Australian immigration consider it?
3. My current employer, where i been working for 6 months are willing to nominate me for 186 visa, will Immigration bring any issue with this?

I am confused , please help!

Regards
