NSW workers comp psych injury claim — has anyone dealt with the new changes?
Someone's been off work for a few months with anxiety and depression caused by workplace bullying. They've got a claim going but just heard the laws have changed and it's now heaps harder to keep getting payments for psych injuries. Does it affect existing claims or only new ones? Also worried because a lot of what happened was during a performance review process which apparently makes things even more complicated now.
