I got a 457 visa and I wanted my girlfriend to come with me for good. We got married before I left my native country. We then processed her papers. After a few days of her arrival, I noticed changes in her. And after one month, she left me. I still pursued for her to take me back. But she doesn't want to. It seems she just used me so she can legally live in Australia.

Can I file a case through immigration law so they will cancel her spouse visa?

Or should I file a divorce first? I hope not because that would cost me money.

You must notify the immigration about breakdown in your relationship as you need to report any changes in your circumstances. Generally immigration will ask other party as to why their visa should not be cancelled. If your dependent does not have a valid ground to stay in Australia then her dependent's visa may be cancelled.
