NSW Sexual harassment compensation

Hi,

just wondering how to appropriately go about requesting damages for a sexual harassment claim where HR of the company I worked for was in breach of 3 different policies?
This is noted in an official document but I’m not sure how or what to request in a formal letter

Phycological as well as loss of income due to having to move towns to get away from this person. According to the policies within my contract 3 have been broken and I was not protected in my workplace. Just turning 18. They have sent me an email confirming what I requesting wether it be financial or a written apology. I’m looking to see what entitlements I have for this
