So I got raped 4 years ago and I guess I just want to know if it's worth reporting it like it happened while I was in custody and the rapist was an officer so I never reported it cause I thought no one would believe me and I also didn't actually know his name cause it happened at night in the cell but is there like a time limit on when you can report r**e or would it just be a big waste of time also what's the whole process like with making a statement? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers and I'd also appreciate personal experience with statements of this sort of thing.
