QLD Reply to Statement of Defence - Requirements?

Hi everyone,

Just received a Reply to my Statement of Defence. Does it need to be stamped by the court and signed? It's not. It also came late. I received an emailed copy at 5.09pm on the day it was due? Can they do this under Australian law?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
