i bought a 2001 toyota land cruiser last weekend from lilydale. i drove back to geelong and upon getting to geelong it overheated, oil leaks present and fuel leaks were evident a couple days later. (fuel tanks were empty when i picked it up so may explain why fuel leak not present on day of pick up.
am i entitled to a refund of purchase as this is major fault under consumer law? they have not presented a rwc either. i didn't realise when i was handed contract papers.
