What kind of public nuisance are you? Did you receive an infringement notice or charge to appear in court?

I got a Public Nuisance under criminal law. Do I have to appear in court?
If it's an infringement, then it's like a parking fine - pay it, and get on with your life.
If it's a Court Attendance Notice, Summons, or similar, then yes, you have to attend court.
