QLD Received a Public Nuisance - Appear in Court?

    I got a Public Nuisance under criminal law. Do I have to appear in court?

    What kind of public nuisance are you? Did you receive an infringement notice or charge to appear in court?

    If it's an infringement, then it's like a parking fine - pay it, and get on with your life.
    If it's a Court Attendance Notice, Summons, or similar, then yes, you have to attend court.
