Hi a friend of mine got accused of sexual assault and it went to trial and he got sent to jail after that there was an appeal it got thrown out completely due to there being no evidence but he is currently struggling because he got a nation wide police check and it cleared but when he got the dcsi clearance it still turned up and he lost his job just wondering if this is right?
