WA Not allowe to see my child

Mother of my won't allow me to see my 3 year old child I have never met . She says I was never around and that I dont deserve to after all these years and that it would confuse the child .

The family law act states that a child has the right to a meaningful relationship with both parents, consistent with that child's best interests.... As a parent you have the right to apply for court orders if the mother is not allowing contact...

The first thing you MUST attempt is mediation... Call relationships Australia or another accredited mediation organisation... They will discuss with you what is involved & the costs
