Me and my wife are indian migrated to australia Melbourne
i divorced her in India , and got divorced certificate as well from govt .
However she filed case in higher court in india to cancel the divorce as i should divorce her in Australia as i was trying to save my property and child support, which was a lie as i was already paying child support , I was already paying child support , and my property share case was in progress , ( it is also finalized now ) .
High court in india takes 5-10 years to complete the case !
Case 1 : I applied for divorced Australia, however she lied in court in Australia that her case is being heard in Australia , and there should not be 2 hearing of same case.
Case 2 : She already took my 70% of property car and wrote "no further division of property gifts or dowry anywhere" in property share deal in Australia , however she filed a case of dowry in india now , her dowry was only 1 bed and 5 clothes but she has filed 50,000 Australiand dollor worth of items , but again
what should i do , she is playing with laws of 2 different countries ?
