hello I have a Friend who met with someone about a bank loan they both went to the bank to get this loan for 24,000 dollars after the loan was a complete he told her she needed to withdraw 18 thousand of it and give it to him as his cut From the loan he then set up a credit card in her name and spent 8000 dollars of it the man also forged documents in my friends name to take to the bank I’m asking for advice to see if we have grounds for a fraud
