Ok so you came to this site. You asked about the likelihood of being able to relocate. Based on the info provided, two people gave you insights based on their experiences. In my experience, the ex realised that relocating would be so difficult, that she chose not to.

Now she had some similar circumstances as far as accusations of DV and she had an AVO against me. She also claimed that the move would not impact greatly on the time the kids spent with me... And it wouldn't. Instead of about 35% care I would have had 25% care. I'd argue that the percentage don't matter, what matters is the kids wouldn't see their dad for 10 weeks straight and that isn't good.
