Lent My Ex-Partner Money for House Loan - Refuses to Repay

I lent my ex partner money (personal loan) so she could go for home loans. She was refused the loan but she won't give me the money back. She has made me move in and apply for a home loan together saying the only way I'm getting my money back is the first home owners grant then I have to leave once I get it and also she has been telling the kids that I won't be coming to the new house because I bash her all the time. What should I do?
