Good Morning. If a Lawyer/solicitor is told something that relates to one of his family is he allowed to tell that family member?

I was recently contacted by the PRA and told me that I have debts that I owe them. I don’t understand what kind of debts and who can I turn to for help?

Yes, that often happens. There are specialized lawyers who have a portfolio recovery lawsuit to solve this problem, they want to extract money from you. Once upon a time I had to contact lawyers with a similar problem. As it turns out, they are buying out debts or paperwork and claiming that you owe.
