I purchased a bed from a second hand selling site on Sunday and after putting it together realised it was smaller than advertised. I did not measure the bed on the day of viewing I just assumed it was a king single frame as seller stated in ad. Seller had advertised a king single and after our research on the product online we have found out it is a single. We contacted the seller but they have said they already spent the money and don't have the means to give us a refund and that they genuinely thought the bed they were selling was a king single. They apologised. What can we do. Where do we stand.

1. Sell the bed and recoup some money
2. Take seller to court
3. Tell them you will settle for a re-payment plan
4. Tell online site you want money back, item not as described.

Your choice.
