I am looking for information on 2 things how to setup a not for profit social golf club with approx 45 members and how to introduce and write a constitution for this club as well as implement liabilty insurance . I have the insurance part covered I just to know the steps for set up and approx costs and can I do all this online ?

The process is relatively straightforward, but very particular.
