Are Governemt Agencies exempt from Misleading and Deceptice Conduct such as giving you false information and making false representations in case law?

Yes, and get an injunction.

Note: post 1 should state in providing services in last sentence. Then any case law? Thanks.

Understandable.

It is hard to send you any information as the details in your post are very vague.

For example, the reference to 'government agency' is broad.

Also, the ACL in certain circumstances extends liability to individuals who are 'involved' in the breach of the ACL.

I hope you get a result.
