NSW Got caught drugs at San Francisco airport border control. Can I get a visa to the United States?

Got caught with mdma and some weed at border control. Requested for the original files at foil But have not yet received anything back. Will I be able to apply for a visa? I’m in sydney, I’m happy to spend as long as there’s a way I can get a visa. Any visa will be fine

I don't know mdma and I never used drugs at all (other than prescribed by a doctor), I think it will depend on several factors of which was it for personal use quantity or trading quantity. I don't have much knowledge about his area, but this is from info I understood from TV and the news.
