My partner and I are currently in the process of completing our De facto visa sponsorship and need to to a NPC for character check. I currently have a six month section 10 good behavior bond since last month (for stupidly carrying ONE certain substance inside a music festival) and wondering whether I need to list this in the application or not? The judge said I didn't have to but I heard it still comes up on the police check. Should I list this and will this also affect my application on general?
