Hello,
My wife is currently on a 457, and we are looking to move to one of the partner visa options however we have run into the obstacle of being stuck with abiding by the stipulations of her sponsorship visa whilst awaiting the bridging part of the partner visa to be accepted.
What would happen if we cancelled her sponsorship visa, left the country and then either a) returned to apply for the partner visa from Australia, or b) remained outside of the country and applied from overseas. Would the cancellation of her current sponsorship leave us with a period of time she was unable to be eligible for a partner visa?
Any help or advice is hugely appreciated
Thankyou!!
