My ex has an avo out on me which has all been finalised at court a bout two weeks ago but she still has a bunch of my clothes and $4-5 thousand in artworks that are mine. Is it too late for a property recovery order? How can I get it all back ?

Go to the police station. They will contact her and ask to escort you to the house to get your stuff. She might say NO she might say yes...

That would have been the time to have the magistrate include a condition that would allow you to collect your things at an allocated date & time....

Clothes definitely fall into the category of 'personal items'.... Call the police to arrange a standby breach of peace, they should assist & enforce your right to collect personal items, then again, they may just fob you off if they are feeling lazy.

The art works could be more complex...
1) Did you own them pre relationship or purchase them during?
2) Married or de facto.... If de facto, how long were you living together
