I wanted to ask if the lawyer, AFP or the courts notify the parent of my child that the child is now on the Family Law Watchlist? The child is in full care of the other parent and I have no knowledge of their address.
The AFP sent an email stating the child is on the watch list, but I’m not sure if I’m to do anything else at this stage.
I’ll contact my lawyer in the morning for advice. I wanted to know what everyone else thinks until then.
