More of a procedural question really.... we are about to go to trial (20th July - family law matter in the Federal Circuit Court) and I have finally received updated affidavit.

I am responding to this and am self represented at present.

I haven't received any material from the Applicant about witnesses or subpoenas etc. Would I see this prior to Trial?

The father is self represented too.

Thanks in advance....

Only if they're relying on evidence provided by a witness. If they haven't filed any witness affidavits or the like, they cannot depend on those witnesses at trial. But summarily, yes, they are required to provide any affidavits from witnesses/subpoenas prior to trial.
