should i produce all the documents to my ex's legal team?.
At this point i am having difficulty getting my tax returns for three years,BAS statement, and bank statements collated as part of a amicable settelment. Have been working with the accountant to file the last tax return and BAS statement but will not meet the required deadline.
No mediation has occured,just threats of court action and having court cost's awarded against me.
I have been advised it would be better to keep this matter out of the family court and doing my utmost to do so,or am i being extremley naive and now is the time to'' lawyer up''
