Just need a quick confirmation/guidance. Here is a situation I have a couple who has a dependant child and happy to divorce by lodging a joint online application.
They separated in May 2019 and seeking to lodge a divorce application in May 2020. However, with centrelink they were registered as a couple (to claim family tax benefits) up to January 2020. The question is would the claims made with Centrelink impact a divorce application outcome ? Does court do the checks with Centrelink ?
