NSW Divorce Documents Needed to Apply for Student Visa?

Hi!

I would like to know that if someone applying for Student Visa from off-shore. That person is a divorcee. What are the documents needed to prove that he/she is a divorcee? Is there any document other than the divorce certificate ( Absolute Decree)?

Usually Australia will recognise a foreign divorce certificate as valid and as evidence of your marital status. That should be sufficient.

As I wrote that is there any other documents immigration can accept? Because the applicant doesn't have a Divorce Certificate (Absolute Decree) but does have a Divorce Deed. Is it acceptable?
