Hi, just have a question about a defected car.
We brought from Ozzy car dealer a few months ago. Today my husband was defected for a number of issues regarding the engerning of the car.
We haven't may any changes to the car since buying it from the dealer, it is also under 10year old.
What are our rights under consumer Law, from buying a defective car from a car dealer?
I believe it did have a road worthy certificate on buying it. But police are saying it is defective.
