Hi there,

Last year I purchased a car with odometer that has been rolled back by a private seller. Long story short I am currently enforcing the default judgement. The default judgement only specifying the amount that the seller owed.

Can I sell the car? I have moved to another state, hence need to get rid of the car quickly.

Thanks.

Regards,

Rod

Yes. As long as the judgment does not hand ownership back to the previous owner you are free to do what you want (within the law).
