A person who is on a student visa living in Sydney is constantly giving false applications about me to government institutions in Pakistan creating different problems for me in here. Though I know he is not a student anymore and working illegally as well.
So what I want to know is, is it possible in any way if I can hire a lawyer who will be able to stop him from doing that under defamation law?
