My ex is trying to get visitation rights after 2yrs of no contact, DV and kidnapping on his behalf.False accusations stating drug use.Am I legally required to do a drug urine screen.I understand that its not a good look,but imagine competent parent an I don't think that I should do what he wants when he wants it...it's coercive control an I have rights as well.Let me know what you think but please no hateful replies.....merry Xmas to all
