QLD Affidavits not submitted

HI

There are cross applications in for a DV Matter and he put his in after mine. All NPD lies however as we are now getting close to the hearing I have submitted my Affidavits within the time frame
however i have not received his or his response to mine.

Should i just seek an order to me made from the Magistrate?
He has legal aide and i have received no affidavits or any correspondence.

I just want this all over but i must admit i am confused on what to do now?

Any help , ideas greatly appreciated

What do you do now? You wait...for your day in court, if he is represented, his representation may seek an adjournment for more time at the first hearing.
