I'm not privy to all the deets, my friends daughter got into a fight with her friend, friend took out a VRO, went to trial and the friend was granted a 5 year VRO, she can't go within 100m of her. They live in the same suburb, same social circles etc so this is obviously going to be tricky. The VRO is frivolous and completely without merit. The two girls kissed and made-up 3 days before the interim VRO was granted.
My question is, now that the VRO has been granted, can she apply to have it amended, cancelled, retrial. Anything she can do? Or is that it?
