I wanted to know about rules we need to abide by while awaiting 485 visa. I initially got 3 years of student visa, after I received my student visa my college accepted my transferred courses from international university for bachelors degree. I completed my bachelors degree in 2 years instead of 3 and after completion of my degree in December I applied for 485 visa on January . My COE has been inactive since I have finished my college and I have received bridging visa that is to be active after my student visa expires in 2022 March. So while waiting for my 485 visa do I have to have a current active COE? I am struggling financially and I can not afford to study masters or any other courses at the moment. Do I need to follow and meet the criteria of student visa? Or how will be my case be treated by visa Case officer?
