I am a 23 year old currently on a BVE in association to Protection Visa (as I was already on shore with a 500 visa when the application for 866 was lodged). My case worker from DHA has informed me that he will never give me work or study rights but my employer has agreed to give me a work visa. My case worker did suggest a work visa as I've been working with my employer for 5 years and employed full-time for a year. My employer needs more information about the visa though. What do they have to do and how long will it take to be processed so I can work again as I am also facing financial hardship.
Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
