Hello, i applied for 461 about 2 years ago,
About 6 months ago, i got accepted for 461 visa, but my son who was a dependent on the visa got Denied and given 35 days to leave Aus ONLY 5 years old..
We had appealed with a waiting period of 2-3 months, within 4 months it has been seen and now going to the tribunal.
im a single mum, dad is no where to be seen since before my son was born.
i have also been here for 15 years on visas.
As anyone been in this situation??
If so can you please tell me what happened? What was asked? What the outcome was?
