Hi
First off, I should say that I am not in any trouble and have no issues with the law. My question is preemptive as I do not want to break the law.

I wanted to know if it is legal to import for personal use a 1-month supply of Modifinal 200mg containing 30 tablets under the following brand names:

Modalert 200mg (Sun Pharma): 10 pills
Modvigil 200mg (Hab Pharma): 10 pills
Modafil 200mg (Intas Pharma): 10 pills

Modifinal is a Schedule 4 drug/poison with no additional caveats regarding its importation/storage as far as I can see.

The reason I wish to import it is because my doctor is unwilling to prescribe it to me as I do not fully qualify as having shift work sleep disorder, however I believe the drugs that it would assist with my lethargy and insomnia.

If the importation of this quantity is illegal then I guess I am out of luck, but at least I know before doing something that would land me in hot water.
