NSW does marriage help to win my case in federal court

Hello.
My protection visa application is now in full federal court. My case is based on gay rights in my country. I recently married with Australian permanent resident.( same sex marriage) Does it help my case in full federal court. I can apply partner visa and redraw my case from federal court. But I don’t want it. I really want to win the case. Please advise. Many thanks

No, it won't "help" in the way you might mean.
As a general thing, marriage by itself (in any combination of genders)
does not create an automatic right to remain in Australia.
Nor is the act of getting married (in any combination of genders)
presumed to be genuine. You'll need evidence that your marriage is genuine.

If you have a matter already in the Full Court, then perhaps you already have a lawyer.
You should take their advice about what you do next.

Unfortunately I don’t have lawyer. I did everything myself after the AAT cause of financial circumstance.
