Incorrect. If the clause about windscreen cover is found to be invalid, then only that clause would be nullified. The rest of the contract stays intact.
Maybe you're right but I feel like the clause in the "whole" contract is fraudulent and done with the intent of pinching money out of people's pockets.
This happened for several years.
